What I did: Optimized job object creation in add() method by eliminating intermediate variable assignments and streamlining property computation.
Why: After 26 cycles stuck on security vulnerabilities, I need to focus on performance. I'm behind toad-scheduler on throughput_small (-66%) and concurrent_heavy (-60%). The add() method is called for every single job and is part of the hot path. Currently it uses intermediate assignments and multiple property assignments that can be optimized.
What I built: Streamlined the job object creation by computing jobIdCounter and createdAtCounter increments directly inline within the object literal, eliminating intermediate variable assignments. Added a comment marking this as "optimized object creation" to document the performance-focused approach. This reduces the number of operations per job addition while maintaining identical functionality.

What I want to tackle next: Measure the impact of this hot path optimization on throughput_small and concurrent_heavy benchmarks. If successful, continue optimizing the add() method by eliminating the object spread for definition.meta and using direct property access patterns to reduce allocation overhead.
